LifterRep tracks every set you lift, from your Apple Watch. Pick the weight and reps on your wrist, tap one button, and your rest timer starts. Your iPhone is only for setup and for looking back at your progress.
There is no built-in list of equipment. You create each exercise yourself (Hammer incline, Leg press (green one), Cable fly), so LifterRep matches your gym instead of the other way around. It handles machines, cables, dumbbells, barbells and bodyweight lifts.
For barbell lifts, the Watch draws one side of the bar in the same colors as the plates on your rack. Load what you see instead of doing math. LifterRep only uses the plates your gym actually has.
Save a workout as a program with target sets and reps. On the Watch, every exercise is tappable, so if a machine is busy, do the next one and come back.
Every workout is saved with its length, total volume and an effort rating. On your iPhone, see each exercise's history, estimated one-rep max and progress charts, so you can tell whether the weight is really going up.
Workouts are saved to Apple Health as Traditional Strength Training, with your heart rate. It's optional, and you can turn it off any time.
No account. No server. No ads. No tracking. Your workouts stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
